About the Project
At a unique and beautiful location in Forsbacka, on a peninsula directly by the water, we are developing architect-designed houses in collaboration with the local company Kontrollbolaget Norr AB. The project consists of 16 freehold properties built in two twinhouse variants of varying sizes. With a small marina and a vibrant lakeside lifestyle as its closest neighbor, this area will become a fantastic place to live.

About Forsbacka and the Location
Forsbacka is a historic mill town from the 1800s, located on Lake Storsjön between Gävle and Sandviken, with a population of around 2,000. Here, you’ll find many charming, authentic buildings and scenic outdoor spaces. The convenient transportation links make it easy for many residents to commute to Gävle, Sandviken, or Valbo. Forsbacka offers a preschool, an elementary school for grades K-6 ( till the age of 13), a library, grocery store, gas station, inn, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities, including illuminated trails for jogging and skiing.
